I left england to goto pakistan on the 22nd april on flight number pk702. I purchased an 6 months open ticket with the return date of 18th october. Whils i was on holiday regarding family and health issues my son was due to fly out to come and visit me and look after me due to my ill health. He went to uk travel for a price quote and advised mr muhammed shimraz he may come back but will be going elsewhere for cheaper prices. Mr shimraz reserved the ticket for my son but my son got a cheaper price elsewhere and flew out no passport coppies or names were given to mr shimraz hence dont know how he reserved a ticket. Whils going to get my seat verfied from the local travel agent in pakistan on 12th ocotber i was told my seat had been cancelled by myself. But why would i cancell my ticket if i am due to fly out on the same date as my wife. So i booked another ticket after borrowing money off freinds. Upon arriving back in the uk i went to see mr shimraz and asked him why my ticket was cancelled he told me he cancelled my ticket to retrieve the money he had lost on reserving my sons ticket but when i told him this was not fair as it had nothing to do with me but he said he was not bothered. I have all the proof to show when my ticket was cancelled and how much it cost me to re-book my ticket to fly out again to be with my family. I would like this matter to be investigated as by law he has no right to cancell my ticket and keep the moneys. I am currently seeking legal advice i would be very gratefull if you could investigate into this matter.
