Do not use this service.
They will have a lowest price on the web guarantee. And they by far are not the lowest. When contacted them with proof of an overcharge they said that they were "a new company that didn't have all the kinks worked out of the system yet" in addition to being 50% ($38) higher on a flight than the same flight on the airlines own (Airtran) website. They also hit ya with a $15.00 reservation fee!
