I had recieved a phone call from florida passport about a vacations so I went with it and I recieved my package in the mail about seven days later. So I had decided not to go through with it so I called the pnone number they gave me to cancel and they did give me a confirmation number and said I would not be charged. About 3 weeks later they still took out 59.95 for my bank.
So I called the bank and asked them who took the money and they told me it was agent travel network. I told them they had no right to take the money that I had canceled and the bank said they can't do anything for me to contact florida passport.
So I did what I was told, and got nowhere. So now I will never answer my phone and give info to anyone. They had no reason to take my money. It is stealing. I hope they get in trouble for taking people's money and have to pay it all back and plus pay people for all they have to do to get there money back.
