Ripoff said they would give back a refund but instead deducted more money

I called to cancel they said that they would stop all billing and they billed me anyways. I later found out that my bank account had been overdrawn again and called the bank and they told me it was the same company. I was saving that money for an emergency and when I needed it it no longer existed, and I want something done about it.
