My checking account has been charged with $10.00 without authorization

While checking my account online I notice a withdrawal from the above company. I have not authorized them to give me any service or know who they are. I want to contact them but only find a email ofa "fandagocompany." I went unto the reservations reward and found out it is a ripoff. Don't know how to proceed from here.
