Florida Passport called making an offer for discount travel and offered free airline ticket just for checking them out. They started asking about my husband's checking account. They gave me the information concerning his account. And kept asking me if I was authorized to use his account. I kept telling them I was not authorized by the bank to use this account as it was in his name only.
This call had came about a month ago and I soon forgot about it. Well his account was hit Saturday August 12 for 149.00. When we went to the bank to find out what was going on Monday the 15th, we found out they had sent a check though his checking account in my name!
The bank was supoosed to replace the money and the 4 over draft charges this caused by Tuesday. It has yet to be done.
These people need to be put out of business. We are concidering filing fraud charges against them
