Rented a Baja, Mexico vacation rental in Los Barilles for 2 weeks from Lisa & Greg Jayne AKA Casa De Cortez. Gave a $250 deposit in advance (purpose unspecified). Shortly after returning, from our trip, Lisa assured us we would get our deposit back upon confirmation we made no chargeable phone calls at the rental unit (which we did not). Subsequently we e-mailed several times to get the deposit back with no response until 5 months later when they gave us a lame excuse why they weren't returning the deposit.
