I just want to thank everyone who has written a report on RIP-OFF. Because of you all, I immediately called RAMADA and demanded my money back. Like clockwork, they gave me the same lines regarding "NO REFUND", etc. I told them that I was aware of Fla & New York state laws. My boyfriend who is from N.J. Booked the trip and they immediately told me that N.J. Had different laws. I mean these people are ridiculous! I continued to demand my money back as they offered me everything under the sun to go on this trip. Finally, after 1 hour and 20 minutes, the Sales Rep put me on hold and FINALLY gave me a refund. These people are the worst scam artists in the world! My advice is, if you want your money back... DO NOT GIVE IN! Keep demanding the moneu until they give it to you! Good luck everyone.
