I don't know what to do. I have spent almost $1000 with the scam people of Ramada Plaza Resorts. I had got a phonecall saying that I have been chosen, the first day I said I have to ask my husband. Then they called 2 days later and I said it is too much right now. Then they called the next day and said you only have to pay $158 now and the rest later. Stupid me thought the way they described the luxurious properties that I would be stupid not to book it. So I did.
Then I booked my vacation for August and there is NO WAY I AM GOING AFTER READING ALL THESE REPORTS. I was shocked. So I am trying to get a refund and will not stop till I get it. There is no way I will go to that place where they are all scam artists.
My husband called the customer service reps and wanted to talk to the manager and he was so rude he said "sorry the manager is in hell and I aint going there to get him".
I regret so much buying this package and will not stop till I get my money. Thanks Alvin from Texas for posting your father in laws story and letter. I am so grateful for this site. It has been 3 months since I booked the vacation and I desperately want my money back. I booked air tickets already, but will still go but not stay there. R
