I am a 20 year old college student who wanted to go on a nice vacation over the summer and thought wow this seems like it is a great opportunity. 3 trips for the price of one! While i was on the phone i did try to research this company. I have heard of Ramada and figure it was ligite.
I wish only now that i used google search engine instead of yahoo. Yahoo never came up with any of these rip off sites. It was all ligite sites and nothign bad to say. I wish i had found this site three days ago!!!
I got off the phone and was so excited i told my bf who also was wanting to go on a trip. He went online and googled it and told me it was a scam. I was devestated that my hard earned money has gone to a scam??? I knew it was too good to be true but i didnt follow my gut instinct. I feel so stupid and nieve.
The question is to all of you how likly is it that i can get my money back? I have payed $698 US dollars and it was charged to my credit card. I called my credit card company and they told me it was impossble to get a charge back with out asking the company for a refund.
I havnet yet phoned Ramada Plaza but will Monday. They never once told me that this trip was a time share selling pitch or that my money wasnt refundable or that i would have to pay yet another $698 US dollars. They did however tell me that i would have to provide my own airfare, which i guess was nice of them. Lol, I NEED HELP!
Is it even possible to follow the insruction of Denise and his great letter to send to all other those athourities and of Christina to call the number and ask for a refund? Since I live in Canada do i have the same rights they do? I'm so confused someone please help?
