I responded, on-line, to a 'vacation package' offer by Celebration Resort Hotels. After talking to an agent (who gave her name as Jazmen Prek), I agreed to buy their 'vacation package' for approximately $600.00 (Canadian $).
In due time, an envelope arrived at my home with an Orlando return address.inside was a sheet of paper confirming my 4-part mini-vacation plus the extras that were part of the arrangement.in turn, I agreed to listen to a 90 minute time-share talk when I arrived in Florida.
This week I went on-line to begin making arrangement to use my 'vacation package'. The emails sent to the contact address listed on the website address have not been answered. The phone numbers are either "no longer available" or (in the case of one #), constantly busy.
Needless to say, I am NOT pleased, and would like to find out who this 'company' is, in order to receive a refund (fat chance of that, right??!!). I also believe this 'company' should be legally answerable for their actions.
I hope my story, in addition to the additional information that is beginning to appear on the internet, successfully deters any other trusting individuals from being suckered by this group of hustlers.
