My fiancee and I purchased a 10 day get-away trip in Nov. Of 2003. He first paid $398.00, then a few weeks later they called us again to upgrade the trip, I then paid an additional $317.00.
This trip was to include 5 days in Orlando, 3 days in Daytona, and a 4 day cruise to Freeport, The Bahamas...
Today, Feb. 15, I decided to call and check on the trip and discovered that the phone number no longer worked, so I figured I would go to their website to find a new number and discovered this, consumer complaints, I was in total shock.
How could a company do this to people, its so totally wrong. I am sure they will be hearing from alot of different people on how they pratice their business.
What a SCAM this was
