I started to order my passport but then realized it was more money then what I wanted to spend. So i cancel it and they said full refund, and I got an email saying they would process my email. But I waited for around 2 weeks and call them back and they said I could not get a refund because I never cancel! LIE, Lie ,Lie I did cancel right away! So I am going on 2 months and nothing from them!
