I booked return flights, Dublin to Sydney. I want to change my return travel date. The airline validity on changing is up to a year but Cheapoair is saying I only have six months. I have tried twice today, once on the phone and through their ' live help' to get an answer as to where in my original booking documentation, it says validity of six months, the only thing I can find is it refers back to airline, which again, having rung the airlin myself, is 12 months. They both ignored / evaded my questions on this, and the 'expensive' difference in flight. I had checked both flights out and the date I wanted to change to, was $300 cheaper. I asked for breakdown of costs, only to recieve a total amount by email and confirming the new flight (that I hadnt booked)?
The second guy ended the call, I was polite to both of them. What can I do?
