I purchased a ticket from Albuquerque to Rapid City, SD with a stopover and change of planes in Denver. My company recently moved me from Albuquerque to Denver. I called to have my ticket changed from Albuquerque to Rapid City, to Denver to Rapid City. I was told I had to pay $75 to make this change, when I already had a ticket from Denver to Rapid City. I explained that I had a ticket already, or that part of my ticket was from Denver to Rapid City. I talked with a supervisor, who hung up on me. Her name was Carla, ID# suih. I felt this was very rude, and unprofessional of her. As a supervisor, she should be able to resolve issues, her way to resolve the issue was hanging up on me. Bottom line, reps were very hard to understand, (english, was bad). This is why I will always try to fly Southwest Airlines and not yours. They don't charge for changing flights like this. Especially when I was giving back my flight from Albuquerque to Denver, and United can now resell that part of the flight to someone else. Very unhappy with united.
