Company sales person Gina Newton contacted me and convinced me they moved lots of timeshares, even gave me a reference who I contacted by phone to confirm they had sold his timeshare. Coming up Daytona 500 weekend was big time sales event so I "listed" the property, paying fees by credit card.
I've never heard from them since. I've called several times to find out they closed the sales offices that listed me. Finally I talked to a Paul Stevens and he said they are doing all they can to sell my timeshare, even gave me a locater on their website to see my listing.
It's there all right, but this company is in business to obtain listing fees only—it's a complete rip-off as far as I'm concerned.
