I received a certificate March for two people to receive a trip to Las Vegas (airfare and hotel). I sent in a check for $130 to cover taxes and a check for $100 as a deposit.
I sent in 3 dates as the contract specified. 30 days before the third date arrived I received a letter telling me to pick 3 more dates. I called Holiday Travel to see what the hold up was and spoke to ROBERT KITSON. Needless to say he was rude and made it clear he had no intention of helping me or meeting his companies obligation.
I sent in 3 more dates. The last of those dates being December. I've heard nothing from them. I sent an email to FELIX REVUELTA asking what I needed to do to get them to give me my vacation.
I've received no response from him or Holiday Travel. They've got my money and have given nothing in return for it. This company has cheated me and has apparently cheated alot of other people.
I wish the BBB or a federal agency would step in and do something.
Lets see if Holiday Travel can do the right thing for once.
