Terrible customer experience. I specifically paid an extra $200 to avoid flying United and found out that the flight I chose, via ANA, is serviced by United. Why would they list it as ANA. Yes, there is small print that states that it is serviced by United but this is really misleading! Just be clear. When I called Orbitz they said it is ANA that is listing it like that. Terrible excuse! It is Orbitz that lets airlines be misleading on their site. Never again. Next time go Priceline, Expedia or Kayak.
