Booked a hotel for four nights, Monday-Thursday with indoor water park listed as included. Check in and find out water park is only open Friday-Sunday. After an hour on the phone with customer service and 3 supervisors I was told they couldn't do anything to refund me a portion of my expense. Not even $10! Ridiculous that they can offer and charge for an amenity and not be able to use it! My kids were left super disappointed and I left feeling cheated and angry. Will never use them again!
