Can´t cancel my subscriptio - Boingo mobile

I've tried cancel my subscription, but it's still have been charging.

I signed up boing because i was travelling in Europe, but where I live it doesn´t work I´ll never use Boingo here. I've paid for four months now, i tried cancel more than one month ago and nothing happens.
