I had booked an AVIS car through your agency in Greece to be hired by me from Malpensa airport in Milan on 19th of June and to be redelivered to Malpensa airport on 24th of June. When I arrived at the airport I went to the AVIS desk on minus one floor I signed all the required documents and then I was instructed to go to the garage (I was given the number plate of the car) in order the other personell which was on the garage kiosk of Avis to bring me the car. I was waiting more than one hour and when I asked why such delay a very rude skinhead guy (Italian) of the personell he told me in a very provoked and very, very rude way that if I have comlaints to go to the manager!!! And he added that if I was in the restaurant I would wait the food I had ordered to be cooked!!! I cannot understand of course how the stupid man could compare the two irrelevant facts. I had booked the car one week before and I had also arranged in writing the time of delivery of the car! (10 am.) After 12 am. And after having spent 2 hours waiting. I understood that he delibaretly after my protest he dhad no intension to serve me even if I was waiting there till today!!! After that I cancelled the booking and hired a car from EUROPCAR to continue my trip. I am sure that this personell harm your worlwide reputation. The said person was duty on 19th of June from at least 10 am to 12 am as far as I know and it is easy to spot him and to make him understand that he is not working on his father bussines and I was paying for your services.
