Be careful with tolls HUGE ripe off from AVIS - AVIS

I recently rented a car from AVIS I have no complaints from the service but I just received a bill for $16.15 for a toll that usually costs 1.70. Avis has toll cards in your window and if not careful they will activate before you put your money in the tollbooth. HUGE ripe off I will make a complaint to BBB ASAP.
