The owner, Ms. Allesandra completely misrepresented her services. After promising to take us on a tour of Agrigento she sent her son who thankfully spoke English well but did not accompany us and provide a tour of the Valley of the Temples. He dropped us off outside the site and met us afetrwards. However, her most odious transgression was on our booking for her to personally drive us to Taormina with guided tour stops of Cefalu, Catania and Mt. Etna. She appeared at our hotel the night before to tell us she could not take us and was sending a driver and tour guide - this guide had picked us up at the airport and although lovely, her command of English was extremely limited. We felt we had no option since we had to be out of our hotel in Palermo the next day and wanted a driver to take us across Sicily to our next stop in Taormina. They had to stop for directions numerous times and it was obvious they had never taken this particular route before. The "tour" was non -existent and the entire day was a disaster and a waste of money.
