WORST AMTRAK REPRESENTATIVE (Penn Station) - CHRIS GUIDA (Amtrak customer service representative Penn Station, NY)

I was on line for 10 minutes, just to ask if our e ticket was all we needed to board the train & when we saw a person who could talk, "customer service" rep. Chris Guida refused to answer my question saying "you gotta wait, ask someone else, my line is closed for another 15 minutes." He was rude, arrogant and disrespectful! Terrible Customer Service!
