Product was never delivered, poor customer service, poor management, won't reimburse the money for 10-12 days, different story everytime I talked to customer service, management would not speak to me

I ordered online from www.justlenses.com on 10-9-08. The ordered was supposed to be delivered on 10-21-08, but were never delivered. I first emailed the company, because the customer service line was busy for 2 days when I called. There was no response to the email.

I finally got through to the customer service line and they said they were going to send the contacts out again, because the order got dropped off in West Virginia. I waited 3 more days and no contacts. I called again, and the rep said that there was a delay, but they would be shipped out again. I asked to speak to Karen, the supervisor, and they said to leave a message on her voice mail. She never called me back.

Called the company back on 1-3-08 and they said they didn't know why I did not get my contacts and left me on hold again for a half hour. I asked to speak the supervisor again and they said Karen was not available again. The contacts were in the process of being delivered and they could not reimburse my money until they were returned to the company. I emailed them again and no reply.

I called again to day 11-11-08, told the rep that I did not get my contacts, and wanted my money back. She said she would resend the contacts, but needed my credit card number again. $63.23 was already taken from my bank account, I was not giving out my bank account number again. Asked to speak to supervisor again, she was busy. Asked for my bank account to be refunded. She said it would take 10-12 days.

I am disgusted at the poor quality of the customer service at this company. They obviously take no pride in their product and do not care about the arrival of the product bought to the consumer. I never received one phone call to let me know of the delay of the product, or a apology from one customer service representative or management.
