I am a senior citizen. Booked a one way tickek from what i thought was buffalo to punta gorda. On the day of the flight dec 28th i made a clerical error. I reversed the booking. I went to the airport two hours early after realizing the mistake. No person at niagara falls airport could help me. I had to call customer service. No one answered for two and a half hours. Then when he finally answered he said he could do nothing. Customer service said they would review my complaint and get back to me withing 60 long days. Well it took 80 long days and they did nothing for me. I was out the 400 plus dollars. I would say this is the most dysfunctionaly business that i ever dealt with. To think they are in such a critical business is shocking. I would say they are headed for going down quickly as the last airlines they replaced... Horrible never ever travel with them again.
