On the 5th August while we were on our very first long haul holiday of a lifetime we were persuaded to go into the offices of their vacation club it sounded too good to be true.
We were obviously extremely interested as it was cheap and it gave us the chance to let the children see the world.
We were taken to their local cashpoint to get a deposit of 330 as we had the paperwork we thought it was safe. We were told that we had another 732.00 to pay two weeks after we got back then we could take a free holiday flights included to decide whether we wanted to carry on or we could cancel and get our money back.
When we got back i had noticed i had not 732 but 1582.00 taken off my credit card, i telephoned Julianno (Seagrape) he told me it would be refunded, it was not i told him to take it off the balance and go ahead and book our holiday, he still has not booked it. We have told him to cancel and he will not give us our money back. He asked us to dispute the matter with my credit card company BUT WHY SHOULD I, we are entitled to that money and it has ruined our christmas can anyone out there help us i have gone all through the proper channels eg. Trading standards and have now hit a brick wall thanks for listening.
