I have been transfered to Otel.com through a comparsion website after I choosed it because of its lower price. I tried serveral times to complete a booking with no success.
In my last try my credit card has been charged the full amount then I transfered to an error page stating that rooms not available in this hotel and no transaction processed!
I sent a query to their customer support.
Two days later otel.com appeared in my credit card statement and still no answer from them.
I filed dispute to my bank and the money back, however, not same amount because the bank took an exchange comission twice when charged and again when the money returned.
After three days otel.com answered my query saying that its the bank who charged me and they will not take responsibility for that.
They repeated that no rooms available and put a link to another hotel, when I clicked it, transfered to an error page again!
A week later I received unknown fraud transaction in my credit card, I don't know why I feel it has something to do with this website!
Otel.com=Stress lose of money and time no customer service no room system failure
Finally, I booked the same room in seconds with a booking website that has a customer service staff who will do anything for my satisfaction for a little extra money.
Do not take the risk, there is no body to support you in Otel.com when something goes wrong.
