Walk you right in to car rental after you book your flight. They preselect your cars for you without telling you that you are stuck with what you get. We needed at least a midsized car but was booked a toyota corrolla (considered a compact by manufacturers) way to small for us. They told me by phone that they cant help me even though there web site rolled me into it. What a load of crap. Wonder what my flight is really going to cost now.
