My son is in the military and wanting to come home for the Christmas holidays and had asked me to book him a flight home.
Priceline claimed they can save you 40% off regular flight prices. Hoping to save him money booked his flight only to find out did not save 40% but a meer $10.
And to make matters worse he got the worst flight possible for him which cost him most of a day at home. He emailed priceline and explained he was in the military and time was precious and could he possibly get an earlier flight. There response was basically SORRY ABOUT YOUR Luck.
Yes I read the fine print but was under the assumption I was saving him some money only to learn I had not saved him anything and only lost him time. Priceline is a fraud and the public needs to be aware if time is important to them pay the extra $10 dollars because you are NOT Saving anything with priceline
