I flew from Saigon to Jakarta and unfortunately delay in Singapore, and it makes me unable to catch my flight using Lion Air also even the plane is still available. When i do complain they only provide seat in next morning with additional charge without providing accommodation.
Why Lion Air do this to customer? Even the delay is made by them, customer have to pay additional charge? It seem that Lion Air still get profit from customer even it because of their fault. I really disappointed with this airline
