I frequently take Lion Air back and forth to Jakarta & Singapore. So far the service is very good and I'm satisfied.
However I got a very disapointing experience with Lion Air, with booking number YDFXCR from Palembang to Jakarta.

Date of the flight: 24 November
Time of flight: 10:55AM
I bought the ticket for the business class, for my self, my wife and our infant.
When we are arrive at the counter, we are just being informed that there is no business class due to the plane breakdown.
The staff is offering us to be downgraded to the economic class.
What make us very disappointed are:
1. There is no early information being passed to us.
2. We were charged with the most expensive economic class (in total, there is only around Rp. 300.000, - difference between what I paid for business class with what I spent after downgraded to economic class - what a joke!). This is very unfair to us since it is Lion's incapability to provide the service to us.By right Lion Air should compensate to us (or charge us with the lowest ticket price) for your incapability to provide the business class to us.
