Greyhound is by far THE WORST company I have ever dealt with!
They screwed up my booking anf would not change anything. I contacted the bus depot in Thompson twice regarding this and was told "I shouldn't have booked online as those people (phone) hardly speak English.
The messages I was given between Thomson and Winnipeg stations were very conflicting and the Thompson agent became upset regardig this and simply told me "I don't know what you're talking about". Yes, I am as confused as you are... WHAT A MESS!
NO refunds or exchages! Terrible company!!!
