I purchased two tickets through orbitz which I later had to cancel mainly because of work. I tried to talk to a representative and see what could be done so i don't loose my money but she claims there's a charge of $150 per ticket that I have to pay to united to book another flight. Never before cancelling I was warned about this $150 fee per ticket by UNITED. I paid $211 for each ticket to Ohio with two layovers, basically I lost my money completely: (will never deal with ORBITZ OR UNITED if this matter does not get resolved (wish they waive that fee that was never disclosed)
