I booked a cruise to JAMACIA on the phone. Except it wasn't to Jamacia it was to Mexico which I said I DID NOT want to go there! When I received the email confirmations, I freaked and called and even though I was in the 60 day range to get my money back they said they could NOT refund me for one bs reason or another. DO NOT book anything through their service... Skip expedia all together and save yourself the stress. Oh, and Gail is the Resolutions Department was so unhelpful and stressful there was a point I had to remind her I AM THE CUSTOMER. I was not promised what I was told and her response was, "too bad".
