I booked a return flight from Los Angeles to Brasilia with Sky Tours. Some long layovers, but the price seemed right. TAM flies from NY to São Paulo Guarulhos Int. Airport, and flies out of SP Viracopos airport to Brasilia. What the site does NOT state at all, is that neither TAM nor Sky-tours provide transportation between these airports. It is the customer who will suddenly find himself stranded, struggling to find a connection, and confronted with quite an expense and the horror of fighting his way through São Paulo where traffic is hell. So the flight is NOT cheap anymore, the customer does NOT get what he paid for, which is transportation from A to B, AND Sky-Tours, fully knowing this, chose and chooses to leave this bit of information out. Customers should not be cheated like that. The customer has to be informed about a hole in his travel arrangements when booking, or Sky Tours needs to fulfill their contract and provide full transportation from A to B.
