I spent 40 minutes online with a brain dead customer service rep (she was sleep, put me on hold many times) and kept repeating AT&T rogers are different! They have different towers.
Anyways the problem is I travelled to the states. Only used my cell phone to send a few txt messages.
I was charged for the txt messages (less than 15 for 12$) BUT I WAS ALSO CHARGE DATA ROAMING FOR 15$!!! It is obviously a mistake because my phone is not 3G and I would NEED to try to go online for that-which I did not. But AT&T kept pushing txt messages to me! So my guess is they charged for those!
