SMSJumble 66366,1-800-301-4217, charged to my Roger Provide
Consumer Report

Same here. These messages from 66366 started after I went on line and tried to win $1000 for Wall-mart and I had to enter my cell phone number in. After that I started receiving text messages from SMSjumble. I didn't know what they were, or ever used text messaging in my life. So I deleted ALL messages from SMSjumble. It was until I looked at my Rogers bill, that I was being billed for 3rd party charges from SMSJumble at 1.25 per message.in Sept 9th, I was billed for 5 text.in Oct 5th, I was billed for 9 messages. Called 1-800-301-4217 (SMSJumble customer service) and cancelled service Oct 12. Well guess what, my Nov billed, I was bill for Oct 12 (for only 7 days) 30 text messages ($37.50).

They said that that I activated the service by my cell phone by entering some code number. I did not. They also told me that the service will continue until you cancell the services. They also told me that the contract I accepted allows them to send upto 5 text messages per day. So that means for 30days times 5 text messages = 150 messagaes. Than at 1.25 each meassage, they could charge me $187.50 per month for this SMSjumble game service.

I never even open 1 jumble scramble game. It even shows at their end that I never played a single game. But yet they kept on sending the texts. Is this a SCAM or what. They told me that they can't do anything about since I accepted their contract by entering some code number. (again I DID NOT). Service is now cancelled. How can they get away with this?
