Alltel switched to Verizon and changed my new minute turnover date without notifying me. I was charged with over minutes. They worked out a plan. I was paying and receive deliquent notices. Discovered that the two phone accounts were not billed together when turned over from Alltel. Tried to reach a settlement and the phone was disconnected, charging early disconnect fee. I spoke to the managre who was very nasty and unprofessional. One month before the contract ended on the pay by month phone, Verizon disconnected me charging another early disconnect fee. When I tried to work out a deal - collections was rude. Of course, it got on my credit report. Although, I was in dispute with the conglomurate.
