I've been using Sun Cellular Postpaid portable for just one year and abruptly, I recognized that my consideration continues to be charged with P1200. I had been confused since I've not utilized the telephone that much for that past 30 days.

Therefore, I called-up the client attention and that I was informed my consideration continues to be incurred with P800 for information uses through GPRS! I had been surprised since I've not utilized the GPRS support! I criticism about this and later I had been informed that it had been some specialized problem on the aspect and they'll return my credit.

However they didn't, and also the payment was highlighting the exact same quantity. I again criticism about this after which, they explained the costs were correct plus it was because of my information uses. I told them precisely they have earlier approved that it had been specialized mistake therefore, why are they informing me that it had been correct all a quick again

That's simply not proper and that I wish to record it below to ensure that correct motion is obtained and my credit is delivered.
