His name is Ken Reynolds of Archon Teleservices. I worked for him on projects for One Step Data and NRTG. Ken Reynolds owes money for months to me and others for invoices submitted. I am owed approx $1000.00 in wages and commission. Other employees are owed more. His checks have bounced four times for me. When I was employed he ducked phone calls and when one was fortunate to reach him he gave every excuse in the book on why he could not pay.
I am writing this report in order to protect others from getting into this trap. I had a contract that stipulated the invoices would be paid within 3 to 4 days. Only for a month were they paid promptly. The company who hired him One Step Data should be advertised as a company that hired a contractor who does does not pay employees. I would not want to be affiliated with a firm like Archon doing my marketing. However, his wife Rachel works there so who knows whats going on.
In the near future, I will have a copy of his contract online.
In summation. Stay away from this guy and his company, he's a crook!!
