When it was membership renewal time, they automativally renewed which was fine; but they charged my cc $139.95. The memebership should be maximum $79.95 per year.
They did not want to credit my cc, but wanted me to look over the "new & improved" benefits. Finally they agreed to cancel & credit (am waiting for my cc statement to confirm). Then a few days later, they called trying to get me to join for the 79.95.
Very annoying/irritating & the experience was a waste of time.
