I approached Frontier to reduce my statement. They're getting me $177.00 monthly for web, telephone and television. I had been informed with a consultant that I really couldnot change my support until September. He explained I restored my agreement last month. After I told him used to donot restore something - he explained Frontier instantly restored it for me personally. He explained I really couldnot stop my support of course if I visited another organization I'd be charged and also have to cover Frontier providers until September. I had been not informed that I'd the choice of reviving my support in Sept of the year.
It doesn't seem authorized in my experience. Does anybody have any ideas on this. Or has other people had this issue.
