I don't need Frontier permitting businesses to bill me on my telephone bill

I never registered for this safety support but these were permitted to cost my telephone bill without me being conscious of it until my statement arrived. I terminated the cost without any issue... Nevertheless when I named Frontier... I had been informed there's nothing I will do about this... It's a COURTESY that Frontier provides to these businesses. I DON'T WANT THIS COURTESY!!! I WILL CERTAINLY NOT proceed with Frontier if this is exactly what they think about a courtesy for their clients.
