I've had Miraculous Port employed by about six months. Posted a demand to interface my telephone number about six months before; nothing has occurred. Nowadays I continued point to check on my consideration; no report of any porting request. Posted another porting request. This time around Miracle Jack needed a $20 charge to complete it. Offered them creditcard number. And submitted request. E-mail from their store stated they might not interface my telephone number since my supplier BellSouth stated a porting demand has already been in procedure. I suppose I'm out $20. I wonder if anybody has ever endured their variety ported to MagicJack or is that this a scam?
BTW; after originally establishing MagicJack in California without any issues (Emachine with Windows-7, Brighthouse cable for ISP), I shifted to a different area with various pc and modem and skilled phone falling. Needed to alter modem to heal this issue. Secret Port has become effectively operating on XP and VISTA. The issue modem was a-10 year-old Linksys WRT54GS with newest firmware. I improved firmware from Linksys to ddwrt and issue of fallen calls was healed.
