I purchased the HTC Encourage 4g phone-in April. I have had difficulties obtaining a great sign at my home because the starting and contains gotten steadily worse. Today I keep receiving voicemails showing I skipped a phone once the telephone does not actually band. It-not just occurs athome it occurs everywhere. Although in the office, while out displaying home, etc... Our previous Samsung Rugby used-to get sign continuously which new telephone can not appear to preserve me related on voice calls.

I Have called customer support many times it has been continuing for months. I've restarted, eliminated battery, simcard, etc. And it is always exactly the same difficulty firing procedure and none of it's worked. They actually delivered me a brand new sim-card since I'd a 2008 design. I obtain a phone today wondering when the telephone was operating correctly and that I told them no.
