Towards the oneis who're having difficulty with receiveing there telephones... Mess the customer service point... CONTACT 305-715-6500 EXT 3324, or request Cherisita... When they she's unavailable the request her voicemail... After I named the Client support line I used 4 direct hours about the phone in one evening not checking additional eveningis and hours, but I had been decided I had been not allowing this BS proceed anymore... Therefore The last consultant I spoke to stated we're delivering you a phone but first you've to deliver us the outdated telephone, short-story it'd be considered a while before I'd Possess a telephone... Heck no... I actually donot believe so... Therefore I went up the hierarchy and discovered Cherisita and informed her my problems and he or she proceeded to repair the problem and no manis she doesn't study in the script. She attempted she named the primary provider of the phone plus they attempted and nothing... Continues to inform me the consultant that explained type in a signal in signal enrty style somehow closed up my phone so I'll possess a Telephone and 30 days free unlimited support at my doorstep with-in 24 hours of talking to Charisita... She gave me fedex tracking number b4 i hung-up and that I have now been monitoring my bundle since today... Is likely to be shipped by 3pm tomorrow... I really hope it will help some of you... I understand all to properly the hassles of straighttalk...
