Losing my ghost armor and telling me o well

I'd to create our epic 4 set for the 5th time and they lost my cat shield. I contact the boss john from run and im told we'll do nothing for you personally, i've been with run since october 1 and that i have experienced only problems together. I save money money then i've to with run subsequently i actually did with verizon. Run sucks don't opt for them. Their customer service is for shit. They actually aren't for their customers all they worry about is cash.
