After calling the very first time I had been guaranteed a reimbursement for providers not obtained. While nothing appeared to occur, I named many times (2-3x in Dec., Jan., Feb. And March) and, and was informed that it had been happening or awaiting acceptance... Everytime I named they kept showing me exactly the same tale over (on document) and that it'd take some time (6-8 wks). Last-call (3/23) I had been guaranteed again a return. Nowadays, April 4th I still haven't gotten a cent.
The rumors are accurate, they're quick to consider your cash, but overlook having your money back. Be sure you spend just per months, this way you're just out one months... And sometimes even greater, search for another organization having a better reimbursement and client satisfaction background!
