I had been assured by IBD, per telephone discussion, when they might not promote my timeshare within six months, I'd get a complete reimbursement of $882.00.in the place of awaiting me to delivered authorized agreement they pressed through costs on my charge card. I never did sign agreement. After many-many telephone call from me I obtained a notice from Mr. Rich Beatric declaring same. I noticed nothing from their store for six months. On October 29 I had been informed that Mr. Beatrice had okd the reimbursement also it could be acknowledged within 5 times. Again after several telephone calls not being delivered, I had been informed nowadays Nov. 26 to send a duplicate of said notice. Has anybody had any fortune suing these folks?
